Henry S. Brock built one of the Intermountain West’s largest independent fee-based financial planning and small-business consulting firms. In 1997 he sold most of his assets in the fifty-person firm while retaining certain sister companies. This firm employed financial planners, CPAs, MBAs, attorneys, CFPs, and other specialized professionals.

The Fall 1987 edition of Money Magazine named Henry S. Brock as one of America’s top financial planners as selected by his peers. Henry is the author of a 554-page book, Your Complete Guide to Money Happiness. This five-star rated hardback book includes testimonials from John Templeton, Bill Marriott, and 11 other CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.

During the years between 1991 and 2003, Henry S. Brock also ran another SEC registered firm, Five Star Asset Management, which provided fee-based professional portfolio management services to individuals, trusts, and corporations.

Henry S. Brock has served on different boards, associations, and committees throughout his career, including an appointment by Utah Governor Norman Bangerter to serve as one of three members of the Utah Thrift Panel. Additionally, Henry has presented hundreds of public and corporate workshops on financial and business planning topics. He has taught numerous Continuing Professional Education (CPE) accredited programs for CPAs, attorneys, and other financial planning professionals.
